How do I sign up to become a Provider?
The first step is to register an account on the Psykee app as a client. When you’re in the app, tap the Profile tab and you’ll see an option to ‘Convert to Provider.’ Once this is done, you will be sent an e-mail to take further action.

Where is Psykee available?
Psykee is currently running a beta in University City, Philadelphia, PA. At this time, we are only accepting Pennsylvania licensed therapists.

What are the requirements of being a Provider Partner with Psykee?
A Master's degree in social work from a clinical track, marriage & family therapy or clinical/counseling psychology from an accredited college or university
b) Proven track record of evidence-based treatments including, but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
c) Knowledge of progressive mental health treatment modalities including psychedelic assisted therapies
d) Pennsylvania licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD) in good standing with the State Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists and Professional Counselors
e) Minimum of 2 years experience providing counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy and other psychotherapeutic interventions
f) Active Personal Liability Insurance ($1,000,000 per claim / $3,000,000 aggregate, or will acquire before joining the Provider Partner network with Psykee
g) Thorough knowledge of health behavior and adult learning theories and their application
h) Working knowledge of complementary/alternative mental health treatments desirable

What documentation is required?

b) State Licensure Number
c) Liability Insurance Coverage information for the past 10 years, including policy number, effective dates of coverage, and coverage amounts of $1,000,000/$3,000,000 (typically the face sheet)
d) A curriculum vitae (CV) that covers your education, training, board certification status, if applicable, and at least the last five years of your clinical work history (as well as an explanation of any gaps in your work history of more than 6 months)

How do I manage the hours I’m available?
In the app, you will be able to manage the hours you’re available in the ‘Calendar Tab.’ From there, you will be able to navigate blocking out days in your calendar, creating templates for time slots and prices for your services.

Is Psykee free to use?
At the moment, we have made it possible for both Providers and Clients to use at no charge. Providers may incur a small fee for credit card processing which will be deducted from their fee-for-service.
